Policies, Terms, and Conditions
As a family owned business, we offer some of the most generous and fair policies in the industry. In an effort to maintain complete transparency, a summary of our policies are below:
Perfect Condition Guaranty:™
- We guaranty your casket will arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in ensuring our caskets are well packed and handled with care. If it is damaged, we'll provide you will a full refund and free replacement casket. This is our policy because we want you to shop with confidence.
- As this is the most generous guaranty in the industry, any claim for damage must be noted on the proof of delivery at the time of receipt.
On Time Guaranty:™
- We guaranty 2-day shipping to most states in the continental US. See our shipping page for complete details. We understand funeral arrangements can be time sensitive and we want our customers to be confident in our fulfillment model. If your casket fails to arrive after five business days, it is free. The only exception to this policy is if the shipment fails due to an act of God.
- Any On Time Guaranty™ claim must be made within 24 hours after receipt of your casket.
Order Cancelations and Returns:
- If you decide to cancel your order we will issue a 100% refund. No questions asked.
- If you are unhappy with your casket after receiving it and wish to return it, we will issue a 100% refund or initiate an exchange at your request. No questions asked, no restocking fees, no return shipping fees.
- In order for us to honor these policies, any request for an order cancelation, return, or exchange must be made within 48 hours after receipt of your casket.
We cannot accept a return or exchange for any product or products that appear to be used, soiled, or in any other condition different from the originally shipped condition. The original packaging must be kept in tact in the event customer requests a return.
Warranty and Insurance:
- Our caskets are backed by a warranty against all manufacturing defects and over $1 million in insurance coverage. In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect with your casket, simply contact us and we will resolve the situation professionally.
